Therefore the ICC and the ICJ are simply furthering these false claims and so doing continuing stoking violence in the region by its attempts to legitimise false claims - which is in itself making the ICC and ICJ party to the continuation of the violence. Arabs have absolutely zero claim to the territories in dispute - that is fact.

There could be no subjectivity or politicization of suspects within the ICC. Karim Khan faces plenty of obstacles in his pursuit of arrest warrants for Gallant and Netanyahu.
