South Africa has, meanwhile, welcomed the decision by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to seek arrest warrants for the Prime Minister and Defence Minister of Israel and three leaders of Hamas for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity.

@charmainecarstens1031 By the looks of it, pretty much every superpower is involved in Sudan via proxies, I think it's smart taking a neutral stance on this one to avoid making more enemies. On a side note, we shouldn't delude ourselves. There are no universal human rights, and international law is a lie. This is personal, Israel was one of apartheid South Africa's top allies, and this is a perfect opportunity to punish them. It just so happens to be warranted and just given the evidence.

Bullsh%t.The government is the ANC. They represent themselves... I certainly will never agree with a government that has so much corruption under their belts. Look at the state of our country and then they think they can tell Israel what to do. Makes me sick. Collaborating with terrorists is what they are doing.

Hamas is terrible for sure, but you ignore the consistent rhetoric from Israeli government officials and media that "there are no innocent civilians" and how they are expanding into the West Bank where there is no Hamas. Hamas has many terrible views and practices, but the idea that the death and destruction happening in Gaza is a part of their strategy is absolutely ridiculous, they need a territory to occupy and rule over and destroying the only territory they have power in is obviously not going to be part of any plan of their's. When it comes to Israel, releasing the hostages is not the priority, as said by Israeli Minister Bezalel Smotrich, it is the settlement of Gaza. In order for Israelis to settle properly in Gaza, they have to drive out every Palestinian or kill them, and it seems they're doing both. As bad as Hamas is, let's not forget that Israel is a settler colonial, ethno state, and an apartheid regime. It is also an expansionist colonial outpost of the West that steals land from the Palestinians. CNN even covered that Israel has concentration camps.

ICC favours the West. Let's hope the ICC is not just playing on the minds of the world to save face for a biased approach regarding international law. The USA's/Israel's continued threats and defiance of UN/ICC/ICJ, exposes the West as savages and that UN bodies were formed to service the West only. The question is will ICC really do the job of delivering justice to the victims, the Palestine people or it's just for TV shows and wound licking strategy? ICC had no other choices but to issue arrest warrants... The alleged war crimes activities of Netanyahu , defense Minister and the Israel IDF are too obvious with evidence on every Media platform and even homes. Let's hope justice will be done ...the world awaits for justice to prevail though the heavens may fall, let justice prevail.. The world now awaits to see what ICC will do for justice to prevail for the people of Palestine, though the heavens may fall, let justice prevail.. the whole notion of the rules based world is on trial and so far the USA and Israel have already shown that there's nothing like international law... international law is applied selectively to favour the USA and their allies..
