Met him since '85. Just 18, moving to Hawaii in '84, graduated in Farrington c/o 1984 and heard IZ's improvisation in Ala Moana Shopping Mall. It sounds like he's well gifted, talented with aspiring music. '88, his Somewhere Over The Rainbow has been released, enjoyed it very well. I had a signed autograph from him on my College binder. It was great seeing him til I last saw him '92 till I go back to San Fran. Rest well, IZ.

Switch Dolphin as a big fella myself, I can tell you nobody let him get that big. Think of it as an addiction, I myself am addicted, I just have to be more active which is the only reason I’m not at his size here. Nobody wakes up and decides they want to be that size, some of us can’t help ourselves and find it’s more important than anything else. What do you think a heroin addict would do if they could shoot up for .99, or if heroin was legal? How well would a recovering addict be if he was told you have to have 2 drinks a day but no more. Food addicts can’t cut out food altogether. Just as a heroin addict over dosed, this guys weight caught up to him just like mine will one day also.
@JAA9493 жыл бұрын
@@brokefarmerjohn2422 Hes parents might be the one to blame. Being overweight as a child will make you more likely to overweight as a adult. So maybe you cant blame his parents but if they let him gain to much weight as a child they didnt make it easier for him in life.
@brokefarmerjohn24223 жыл бұрын
@@JAA949 that’s one prob with today’s culture, everyone wants to blame other people. He was a grown ass man. He might have had bad parents, maybe he had great parents idk. But he was 38 when he passed, he had warnings before the end. My dad was constantly on me about my eating, I would hide food and sneak food, I don’t blame my parents for my size, they weren’t enablers. I would blame it on genetics over learned habits. I don’t blame anyone for my size. I know I’m miserable if I don’t eat, I know food is more important than anything I have or anyone I know. I chose it over anything else and that’s why I’m the size I am. Same with this fella.
@JAA9493 жыл бұрын
@@brokefarmerjohn2422 Yeah you should not blame anyone but im only saying that hes parentes maybe made it harder for him. There is alot of research done and if you are overweight as a Child its more likely you will be overweight as a adult. And ultimately your parents are The one responsible for you as a Child. But I agree that there is to much blaming other People today.
