They can trace their actual blood line ancestry all the way back to King David, some even beyond. In order for this to be fulfilled in its fullness Israelites already have to be in Israel so, yes that has happened already and is already happening. It is a process as a whole and cannot happen all in one single 24-hour day, but we will see _more_ of it.
