They were seen throwing supplies from the trucks onto the ground, with the contents of opened cartons lying spilled across the road. Four people, including a minor, were arrested for the attack at the Tarqumiya checkpoint, west of Hebron in the Israeli occupied West Bank. The Tzav 9 Order 9 group claimed credit for blocking the shipment, claiming that the aid “goes directly into the hands of Hamas."
