Set E question number 33. There is given that plane stress, not at a point so that It should be considered as 2D Answer must be 75 not 60.

Yielding don't occur in plane, it occurs due to absolute maximum shear stress. So you have to take absolute out of all plane

Minimum 60 marks for final selection of both written and interview combined For shortlisting of interview in written you need 50%+

outer diameter and material same bola hai means density is same Mass same nahi bola Log mass se calculate kar rahe Mass also depends on the length of cylinder not only on diameter And hollow and solid cylinder ka outer diameter and density same ho to hollow ka inertia Kam hoga to vo pehle pohchega solid se but you can't compare solid cylinder with sphere because you have no information about mass

At 50.33 there is possibility that you are getting below 50% score in any section apti or tech So as per notification below 50% in any section will not be shortlisted for interview

In the ques where value of P is to be evaluated acc to max shear stress theory... Value of P is 60 ???? And in the ques where table feed is to be calculated... My Ans coming out is 150... Anyone pls confirm

P value is 75 bcos under plan stress condition we have to neglect sigma3 don't consider it as zero Table Feed answer is 150

@@deveshkhanna6926 answer is 60 only not 75 bcoz it was not mentioned in-plane...in that case 75 was correct but here if nothing is mentioned we consider absolute so 60 is correct
