Set his room. Replace his crib with a toddler bed. He will sleep uninterrupted. Give him bath in evening, change into sleeping suit , finish dinner and time for bed by 8 pm. He can sleep in your room over the weekend. Don’t get anxious about it. When he will start school you all will fall into a routine. It will take few days. School is good for his social skills development. Love watching you daily. Thank you for sharing your life with us. ❤🇺🇸

Golla is too small for going to school.But now also you start his routine.Dont make him to sleep late evening. Once Golla will start going to school the kids usually follow the routine. Sometimes due to fear of school and also the enjoyment of different activities. They are becoming tired also.So don't worry about his school life.Let him enjoy his golden days😂❤❤

Make Golla sleep for about 1-1.5hr in the afternoon. In the evening you may give him some activities like drawing and writing alphabets. Then make him sleep at 8:30 max. Try to wake him up early in the morning.

It really starts with the parents. Sooner you change the household routine, the better. Wake him up at 7am, feed him whilst he watches TV (a learning show), an hour of interaction with mummy and daddy, an hour or so outside. Massage, bath and nap by 11am. Wake him up at 1:30pm.... You get the gist. Important part is that all the family gets involved. I.e. eats with him at the same time. He is at the age when he is emulating his parents. Good luck. He will learn, but parents have to put in the hardwork

Kids need lot of sleep till the age of 5 they should sleep in the afternoon, only 1hr is enough, they will be tired when they go to school they will sleep early. Once u set routine they will get used to it

Hi Bharti, I've been watching your vlogs for ages. I work as a nursery teacher in the UK. I would advice you to cut down Golla's nap time, instead of having 2 hours sleep in the afternoon make it 1 hour. You will have to wake him up, gradually you will be able to shorten the nap time until he stops completely since he will be going to the nursery. ❤ Pratima.

Hello mam , please cut gollas screen time specially after dinner. Screen time creates problem such as late sleeping, tantrums, weak eye sight for baby’s. Set his new routine from now , wake him at 7 am then give him a short nap between 12-4 after 4 if you allow him to sleep his body clock push his nighttime sleep time after 12. I’m saying this as I have completed my child development course . Best wishes for golla ❤.

Golla can be given body massage at night when not sleeping He will get tired and definitely will sleep. Stories can be told to him, bed time stories, new imaginations will be created into his mind. With the bed time stories, children sleep quickly, zero bulb should be on, other tubelights to be off

Bharti don't send him to school yet he is too young let him enjoy his golden days and you enjoy them too.......... And for his routine, you have to form a routine for him first and follow it strictly Give him a bath before bed, and set a bedtime. Kids get used to the routine. Regarding the nap thing, he should have a nap but 5 hours before bedtime so don't let him sleep in the evening. 1 nap is a must for his age because kids also have trouble sleeping if they get overtired.

Hi Bharti, u are awesomely beautiful person and Gollu is chooooooo adorable 🥰. So you can give Gola early dinner and lights and screen off by 9pm. Then once he is asleep you can continue with your work. Then once he come home he can have lunch and nap for 2 hours. Wake him up after his nap and this way he will go early to bed. Set night time routines like good shower and story time, you can read him books. Evening he can go play outside and get tired, go for walks, come home give him dinner and then before bedtime give him shower a cup of warm milk, read him a story while he is on bed, this way he will fall asleep. Rather than Rupa doing this if you can do this for Gola, he will follow the routine and will become an habit.

Hi Bharti, at this age kids should take 1 nap only for about 2hrs. Also look at the wake windows which should be 5 and 5.5hrs between morning, nap and night time. So if he is waking up at 8am then nap should be 1-3 with bedtime at 8:30pm. No naps should be allowed after 3pm. My son is 2months older than Golla and we live in the US..

Start a routine for him atleast 1 month in advance,before he goes to school: 8am : wake him up (For the start,later,you can make it 7:30am) By 11am: Breakfast, oil massage and bath should be completed. 12:30-1 pm : Complete his lunch 1:30-3 pm : Nap in afternoon 3:30pm: Evening snacks and fruits 4:30-6 pm: Send him to playground, so that he becomes tired 7:00 pm: Dinner, as he will also feel hungry after play 8:00-8:30 pm: Make him sleep for sure. He will surely wake up fresh and early the next morning! 😊 Don't stop afternoon nap now, its very important for babies to sleep in afternoon. You just need to adjust the timings .. HAPPY PARENTING 😊 ,we all have to go through the same phase ✌

Don't worry everything will fall in place once he starts going to school.We always feel everything is difficult before it starts but then things become smooth.He will automatically fall asleep cos he gets up early morning for the school and so he will become tired and sleep.in school he will play also a lot.This is natural to become stressed out as a mother but u r blessed to have so many good people around to help u.so sab kuch theek hoga,Aap bilkul bhi worry mat Karo. Roopa didi must do everything on time.only they Gola will do.u can send kid to school and after he is back,u can bath him cos anyways he has to take bath after he is back.also some kids don't eat so early in the morning.so u can make him drink milk and then send him.
