INGREDIENTS
chicken boneless - 500 gram
salt - 1 teaspoon
red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
garam masala powder / spice powder - 1/2 teaspoon
lemon juice of a lemon
black pepper powdre - 1 teaspoon
red food color few pinches optional
corn flour - 2 tablespoon
all purpose flour - 2 tablespoon
egg - 1
cooking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
oil for frying
curd - 5 tablespoon
red chilli sauce - 2 tablespoon
tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoon
green chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
salt
vinegar - 1 tablespoon
red food color
green chillies - 5
red chillies dry - 3
curry leaves
coriander leaves
chopped garlic and ginger - 1 teaspoon each
onion chopped - 1 tablespoon
corn flour - 1 tablespoon
