Maruti Suzuki company is very good for customer satisfactory sales and after sales service.. There may be dealers who are mischievous but MSIL as a company is top class.. You just have to drop a single email to company and boom..

You have chosen a very good subject .Dealerships always have such issues and we need your help. The idea of sharing escalation emails and contacts is invaluable. Normally when you have some grievance none of the staff will share contact details of managers. Due to this many times the case goes unreported..

19 lack kharach karke kon ye gadi leta hai bhai , Inka base model value for money hai but top model kon leta hai boh bhi 19 lack lagake 19 lakh kitne acche gadio ka option tha bhai ,wo le lete , build quality bhi accha milti safety bhi accha mil jati Harrier tha , XUV 700 tha , Scorpio N tha , skoda tha , VW tha , Shit yrr 20 lakh kyun kharach kiya bhai Maruti walo pe Hamara desh ka yehi problem hai , jo naam pehle sunai de raha gai market me wohi naam sunke gadi le leta gai ,dekhta nehi hai ki iss price mai kitna accha accha option a sakta hai 19 lakh ka hisab se ye gadi worth nehi hai bji bilkul bhi Aur uske upar dealership ka problem, kitna problem mai hai owner , shit yrr

The government should make Stick rules all the dealers . Car company should be strict with the dealers. Otherwise, the company will lose the market.

Bhai meri khud ki grand vitara hai Hyderabad ki first car meine li thi.. mere car mein GPS ka issues aara haj and enfoment system mein bi problem aari hai.. complaint karne se twitter pe.. un log se call kiya hum new part change karge batare hai and abhi 10 din se zyada meri car unke pass thi.

Do you feel the 2nd gear not developing enough power when the vehicle slows down? Feels as if the vehicle wont push when the rpm falls down to 1500 rpm at the speed breakers My vehicle feels the same..Only first servicing done. users please share your experience.

Maruti petrol engine are refined but lacking torque. Now live with it. Downshift and floor the pedal every time for overtaking. all maruti petrol engines are same. i canceled my booking due to above issues. People these days buy new car based on look, infotainment display size and brand. you need to test drive the car for at least 10km with full load 5 people and luggage. Then you will find how it behaves. Grand Vitara all mild hybrid versions are overpriced compared to its performance, space and features. only car length exceed 4m. width almost same as Brezza. Cheap interior and color combination and same engine as Brezza. i didn't find any good reason except look and Maruti brand to purchase this car. At this price i expect powerful engine with max torque available around 2000-3000. ( minimum 200NM ( for Vitara)) paying 15 lakh plus and performance same as 6 lakh car.

I can feel from which situation customer has gone through. However at the time of delivery when customer was aware that there is defects in the car. Then why he brought. He put himself in this situation.
