It's a clogging Exh. Valve. Check your plugs they will be fowled. I had the same issues with my new 650 xc switchback. The engine over Fuels and over oils for the first 10 or 20 hours to break in the pumps and engine. I went through 4 sets of plugs trying to break in. Almost took the sled back. Get it out somewhere that you can run between 4 and 6 thousand rpm and it will clean out the exh valves. Took me a good 20 to 30 minutes over 4k to get it running better. After you get through the break in period it will run good. But basically ANY idol time especially when it's really cold fowls the plugs and the exhaust valves.

I wonder if it was just a bad signal to the computer or if the ev valve isn’t opening? I noticed when editing that all my gauges had zero’d out and tripped that code at the same time. Hasn’t done it since so I’m hoping it was random one time thing. Let me know what they tell you👍 hopefully it doesn’t take them to long

There are a lot more issues to be had. Wait until it starts flooding itself and shuts off while you're driving.

GoPro 11, media mod case, and mic ran into helmet. And stick on chin mount, lean it all the way back. Go pro settings cinematic, 30fps,super view. Thank you for the feedback!

I have a 2023 850 vri boost 528 miles constant det knock codes both pto and mag and EV check failure code. Polaris dealers know about this could be bad harness, EV motor. EV cable and exhaust valves dirty. sucks

i been having the code randomly come on with my 650 indy and low voltage bringing in to dealer tomorrow ev is the exhaust valve actuator

My friends blew up at 100 miles then again at 260 miles. I looked at pictures of the piston and it definitely was a fuel issue the second time they changed the injectors but he wouldn’t take the sled he traded it in on a new one and has had good luck with the new one.

Just picked up a 23 Assault Switchy. 18 miles on and have to bring it back to the dealer to swap the ignition switch. Key won’t turn.

Do you run it in the 91 premium non ethanol mode?

@@WildhurstLodge I run 91 no ethanol and the detonation code come on, I switched back to ethanol mode and am going to start running 95 octane before I switch back to non ethanol, I think gas is so shitty these days , what it says at the pump is a lie, 23,xcr 850 , 80 miles on it
