I thought about this! Because someone once brought up sharing soap with your family. My family uses one bar of soap in the shower. I mean, I don't know what everybody else in my family does, but growing up I always just used that bar that was in the shower. And I decided that the soap is clean, because it kills the germs that get on it. But, that might have just been to make myself feel better about how disgusting that bar of soap was. Because even if it kills bacteria, I don't think it can kill all of them. And our concept of clean isn't just about bacteria. It's also about... idk everything I guess. Im infj

As an intj: Is the Floor clean? - Soap is *just* being applied onto the floor. Unless the grime is specifically wiped away with the liquid. Is the Soap dirty? - Yes. Because it touched a dirtied surface and the soap itself hasn't been wiped, or washed off. My opinion doesn't mean a lot but here you go :)

Don't view it as a weakness, it's actually your biggest strenght : you rarely make false assumptions about reality, except for jokes of course ^^. As an ESTP, I admire your sensitivity towards the world around you and other people, I feel people like you make me smarter and more empathetic. Also, I love your sense of humour and sarcasm ;)

As an INTJ, I found this surprisingly entertaining and relatable. Although our types are quite nuanced (Ni in opposition to Si), there are a surprising amount of similarities between ISTJs and INTJs. Well, to an extent.

The main differences are ISTJ are detail-oriented and direct vs INTJ appreciating big-picture abstraction. ISTJs tend to stick to commitments regardless of outside pressure, whereas INTJ will only do what is truly necessary and are more likely to avoid commitment. Besides that we're almost exactly the same.

INTJs are a lot-quieter. Some people say ISTJs are one of the more-reserved types as well but to me they’re notoriously-chatty. They’re good with solitude but more-often-than-not they do seem to have a certain urge to be talking and moving.

I am an INTP but I have an ISTJ sister. She’d probably relate to like half of these. Sometimes she’s serious/quiet and sometimes she makes the corniest jokes that are so conventionally unfunny it makes me laugh. To be honest I’m not much better at making jokes. Im infj and I love your guys dry sense of humor. These are all silly though. I thought ISTJ is usually super dry, like intp. Except less cutting than intp, because ISTJ is usually correct. Whereas intp will go low because they're T is too strong to allow them to account for F. So they can't see the big picture, and how it's not cool to do low blows. But ISTJ is more like "um wtf is wrong with you" when someone is being a complete dumbass, which is funny to me.

ISTJs and ISFJs are similar in the sense that they rely on subjective past experiences to guide them through the present. They are both sensing types, as opposed to intuitive. Though the main difference is that ISFJs tend to be more concerned about group harmony, while ISTJs value efficiency, irrespective of others. (edit: sorry, I'm a rambly INTJ who happens to be fascinated by MBTI)

I don’t mind ISTJs but that combination of active Si and ready-to-argue (albeit-aux.) Te makes for a combination that’s so overly-attuned to what other people are saying and doing, it’s not very-considerate or personal space and it’s just obnoxiously-loud. They’re decent and respectable (very) as people but their overall noise-making is really, really annoying. ISFJs use their Si to clean like there’s no tomorrow. ISTJs use it to find discrepancies that their Te likes to go a/round the houses with, even if the other person’s trying not-to listen.
