Different empires, cultures and nations shaped Istria and made it home of Croatian, Italian and Slovenian language. The land of olive groves, vineyards and forests is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Adriatic. This video is really well done! The information is incredibly accurate with so much detail. Also excellent editing and videography! May I also suggest another 10 lesser known gems in Istria: 1. Lovran (near Opatija). 2. Labin 3. Rabac 4. Premanutra & Kamenjak 5. Pazin Castle & Caves 6. Grašišće & Potpićan 7. Buzet, Kotli, & Trail of the 7 Waterfalls 8. Fažana & Peroj 9. Portorož and Izola (in Slovenia) and 10. Muggia and San Dorligo della Valle (in Italy)

Croatia is sooo beautiful. Only dream of having alot of money and buy a retirement property there as long as it is in the coastline.

My very favorite city in Croatia is Rovinj. Loved it there. I’ll be going to Piran, Slovenia later this year. It reminds me of Rovinj. Your videos are very well made!
