Both engines are externaly identical , engine mounts might be different as there are at least 3 or 4 different types. I'd say it's possible without any major hassles. One thing to take into consideration is a cooling system upgrade and the engines maximum RPM is about the same as the old engine , so the top speed stays about the same .
