Don't believe everything you read on Reddit. Racelabs have put right what they needed to 👍 But please share why you think it's been handled poorly

Perhaps I can weight in to this topic because it's getting really tiring for us. Usually what happens is that: a) a user forgets that he has an active subscription b) accidentally creates two accounts with two different social logins (quite common in social login systems whenb these two accounts do not share the same email) Majority of these users sends us an email with the problem and we ask them some personal information to be able to find their account, and to be able to fix them if there is anything to fix (cancelling two subscriptions, refunds, etc..). Some of these users choose to rather post on reddit claiming they were charged and sometimes they even claim they have never signed up for the service. If we're lucky, we catch the reddit post and we ask the original poster to send us an email, otherwise we cant help him (we have no idea who he is until he provides an email address at least). Suprisingly most of the time they dont even reply to us, and they dont even send an email. We think there might be a group of individuals who are purposely trying to bring down the brand and put some shade on us. Often times when we get in contact to these posters, they simply delete their post, making it impossible for others to see that we legit helped him and it wasn't a false charge or anything like that. Unfortunately there are also a lot of 'trolls' on reddit who I guess just there to make the topic even bigger, claiming extraordinary things without any proof or base. Every single time we ask them to contact us or give us any proof if they think something 'shady' is going on, but obviously apart from their continous bombarding of their comments, they have absolutely nothing but hate to spread. Tried to be short, I hope it clears things up. Obviously these a) and b) issues are normal in a subscription based business, and these 'issues' are happening regurarly with some users. People might think there is a 'legit' concern because they see these posts coming up on reddit time to time. So they think because they see it more than one time, it must be true. That's the sad state of today's reddit and the community, or at least some of these people who just cannot stop with their literal hate comments on these posts. (meaning even if we trying to help, some other reddit suers will reply with an unwelcomed taste of choise of words). Hope I could clear things up. Cheers, Istvan

absolutely agree, a 1 sec slowdown needs eternity to clear, sometimes it gets buggy and even stopping the car won't clear it (happened many times) not to mention the positions lost.

Currently stuck in License D because of those 4x. I'm constantly involved in mishaps from people up front with no way out. I feel like the only way out is to just follow the group from a save distance and never try to race someone.
