Looked more like a taco to me and you have to bend it before it cools down otherwise it cracks as you discovered. Great video. Thanks Kay

Not kebabs. Kebabs do not have lettuce and cucumbers..#2. Those pitas were stale that's why they stuck like that. And they weren't supposed to be hard as a rock either after being warmed up. Soooooo 🤦♀️🤷♀️
