IT BAND TIGHTNESS & Syndrome Management
Most causes of outer knee pain on the bike are going to be the consequence of an IT Band issue +/- a bike fit issue.
In this video, we review three stretches that you should do to prevent this issue, manage it if it has started and why focusing on the hip and NOT the quads/hamstrings/IT band itself with stretching or rolling is the priority.

If a couple of weeks of these exercises doesn’t work, your knee and ITB issues could be one of many things that reflects a core problem elsewhere that is contributing your to knee pain and other issues you aren’t even aware are connected 😲 correcting that could be the key to unlocking this problem and others
