@@ButteryCubes it is just like 4*4. If 4*4 has a place then definitely sq1 will also have a place right. All cudes started with worse hardware. Remember a piping sq1 with each turn. We just need to all it and all will happen automatically

@@fc3x336 I have. XMT 10 is faster and lasts longer than DNM.

@@OlgaFyodorova I can assure youn dnm is faster. it is a water based lube which speeds the cube up INSTANTLY. xmt is a silicone lube which requires break in but doesnt get as fast. xmt lasts longer for sure, but dnm is faster.

Hey, a reason I got this cube was because of your comment on Tingman saying it used a good mech, so thanks for indirectly letting me know! I magnetized the slice like a YLM and set it up and it's as lot better and doesn't pop, but unfortunately cornercutting is the exact same as the previous Square-2 (might need more sanding/mods). For me, the screw doesn't unscrew itself anymore, and all I did was replace the spring with a slightly compressed MGC spring and kept it at pretty tight tensions (at loose tensions they always unscrew). Maybe that helps!

White top is something that I do, most cubers actually use Yellow/Black top so they don't have that issue. If you want to do white top like me, switch the blue and green cap and the cube's solved state should be white top. For square-1, always have the larger block on the E layer on the right.

Not sure, but I just pressed it a little and unscrewed it a lot and it eventually came off lol, better than being too loose and leaking though
