Allana, your videos are so motivational, thank you! A good sleep is 80% of our health. A good quality mattress and pillow are also very important. I already have an excellent orthopedic mattress. And I will buy a good pillow for this Hot Girl Winter. Waking up in late autumn and winter is much more difficult than in the sunny months.

Allana, great video, thank you! November is one of the dreary month in the year. The weather is bad and soo grey and depressing. It's not autumn anymore, but it's not winter yet. But my birthday is in November 😅😅 So it good month to start this! Also you forgot to mention that we need to drink enough water. This is another point of a healthy lifestyle and hot girl winter. Also drinking a lot of water in winter is much more difficult than in summer.

I've been watching you for YEARS now and I love how consistent you are with the things you know and love--even when that's the same style makeup look! But I think your makeup has grown so much over the years! Maybe for a lamas video you could follow along with one of your old tutorials and see just how much your makeup has changed! Im going to have to check out that documentary, it sounds interesting! Pro tip about the nuts, keep them in the freezer! It doesn’t change anything about eating them, but it keeps them fresher for so much longer! Especially since you have such large bags. Nothing worse than rancid nuts.

You could make berry chia jam to have on your waffles - that’s what I do with frozen blueberries - just cook the fruit and add chia seeds - you can add lemon zest and juice if you want

The lip liner IS nude beige!! When I first saw it in stores it looked a lot darker in the ads but I bought it and it’s the perfect “your lips but better” nude. And I am way paler than Lan (you are a bronzed goddess compared to me) 💕 also, it takes way more that 3 carrots a day to change your skin… I tried it for about 2 weeks where I was eating a pound a day and nothing happened.

I would love to see a winter skin care favorites video, if that's something you would be interested in making! I'm dry even in the summer, and as the weather is changing now I am BEYOND dry lol. My usual first aide beauty moisturizer isn't even helping much. I definitely think I need a super hydrating mask to use a couple days a week, if anyone has any recommendations

HGW it is! I’ve been moving my body more ever since you announced it was starting. But please please please, share your secrets how to a) get up that early especially after a bad sleep, and how do you stay away from snacks?! I mean, I’ve tried carrots, nothing, i’ve also tried nuts, but I eat them in insane amounts. Those are my two biggest weaknesses - sleep and snacks…

Loving your use of chat gpt! That’s such a great idea! Also, little tip, since you have those gigantic bags of nuts (LOL), you might want to toss half of them in freezer bags and keep them in the freezer. Nuts have a high oil content so they can go rancid quickly. Keeping some on hand and the extra in the freezer will help you get your money’s worth.
