STOP SCROLLING!! I need you to remember: 1. Make sure you're loving and not hating yourself! Every time I think I've finally done that one thing that's going to make me pretty- narrower zygoma, fuller lips, small nose, whatever- there's always something else. Everyone here, anyone who listens to Subliminals at all, at the end of the day all we want is to love ourselves but that's always just out of reach. besties yesterday school started and i manifested many people to be in my class and all of the desired ones did come in my class AND i wore the most beautiful outfit i could ever think of. I think of myself with a better aura and i'm more confident, also i stopped having too much trouble with speaking in class (that i consider to be a great advance, bc before i would always get all red and my heart would beat very fast) i think i would see more results if i went out instead of just talking to ppl online, but what can we do huh also, I did saw my friends that day! It went amazing, it was veey fun and they complimented me so much, i met a new girl there too and we get along right away she said i was lovely and that she loved me i swear to god i'm enjoying life

I'll try to keep updating So I started to listen to this yesterday, only a couple of times and today my bf texted me with "good morning my queen 👑" and that never happened before, I am sure it was the treated like royalty affirmation, he also did something I really wanted him to but I never told him about. Update 4 (03/22): lots of things happened since my last update about a week ago, my lips look so hydrated and beautiful, my skin is more even and almost clear of acne scars, I don't even get pimples as often as I used to (I only have 2 really small ones on my forehead rn), I was on video call with my bf yesterday and he said he gets happy just by seeing my face. I feel like my jawline looks better, my hair looks even better than it did last week and I didn't do anything different with it, overall I think I look prettier and healthier.
