A new SUV body would be much more useful. A wagon version for more cargo capacity to allow luggage to stack higher and more headroom for the third row passengers. The sides should be more vertical to allow a more roomier interior.

I think the refreshed Model Y will appear soon in Europe, but probably later in other markeds. This is because you could only get the long range RWD Model 3 for a short period before the new Model 3 was introduced and now you can get the long range RWD Model Y. Not sure why Tesla prefer not to sell this configuration as it makes the most sense in Europe.
