I do cook my red beans in a similiar manner, the only difference is I add some pumpkin to it. This video really got me as I love goat, dhalpuri and especially curried crabs. Thanks for making my evening.

Happy belated birthday to your son....as usual the food looks delicious...the crab reminds me of when my Mom used to cook the crab with dhal and dumplings.... gave it a sweeter taste....luv goat and dhalpuri but stew chicken with the red beans...you all take care 😘

The curry fest looks delicious. My mouth is watering. Tell me what grocery did you shop to get all the Caribbean foods.. That you so much. I went to Penal Catholic church when I was in south. I spent 3 weeks in Trinidad I just came back a week ago. Had a wonderful time. I am ready to go back.
