Christine in 1985 my boss took me to her Sunday School before work. The Scripture was read. I regret I don’t remember which Scripture it was. But I know a man asked if there were any prayer requests I raised my hand. I ask for prayer to stop smoking I was pregnant. Oh WELL prayers were prayed. The entire class surrounded me for at least 5+ minutes. I have never smoked anything. I really feel I know what GOD and his people can do in prayer. Here you go again..... Was just speaking this morning how there is no more 'Fear of the Lord', that must judge Sin. Without Atonement, the wrath of God sets squarely on everyone's own shoulders. Eons ago, the Church taught the fear, and the judgement of God towards ALL humanity, lest they repent, and be converted. No apologies, or escuses.. And the idea of offence was nowhere to be found. Church held what was necessary, and no one questioned it. In fact, people respected it. People respected a person's prayer at meal times, even encouraged prayers before bedtime. And especially at the hospital bedside. God is still "an All consuming fire", and to be mindful of His Diety. To "Fear the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom". .

This verse also fits your teaching, of 1 man can change things for God's kingdom. In fact, God always uses A PROPHET, in these type of times throughout the Bible. Look up the Hebrew word used for "CURSE" in this verse. It means utter and complete destruction!! This tells us how God feels about mankind in these end times. We have tried to changed his covenant of marriage between a man and a woman, legalizing drugs, celebrate gay lifestyles with "Pride", celebrate adultery, and have replaced GOOD with EVIL in society and VIOLENCE fills the earth! The world is much more wicked than in Noah's day, or Sodom. This may be very hard to hear, but stop and look at these facts and ask the Lord. Repentance is needed throughout this world, and that is what Elijah will bring. He is the forerunner to Christ's coming for the church (rapture in english), just as John the Babtist was the forerunner to Christ's 1st coming.
