You can probably see that I might have a slight muscle imbalance, one side is a bit stronger than the other, or perhaps one hand is longer than the other. It has not caused me any pain or injury so I have not made any effort to fix it. It used to be much worse a couple of years ago, seems to be getting better just from regular training.

what makes it perfect? is it that he doesn't have a full range of motion because his forehead touches the ground before his chest does? is it that he doesn't even pretend to control the eccentric and instead just kinda divebombs into the ground? listen, 400 push-ups is impressive. i can't do that. but i'm not insane. 40 perfect push-ups would be more than enough

I love your choice of music and the whole simple video you give us to watch. Your 250 (275 Pullups 7pm) Video inspired me to go out in the park, where my girlfriend lives and do a calisthenic workout instead of going in the gym. I love both! But unfortunately at the place where she lives, there is no gym so I have to find a alternative. Thanks for the motivation, I will soon try my first 100 pull ups, dips and push ups.

Bro Iam your old fan. Iam following you on Instagram for more than 2 years ago. I got motivated from your videos and started doing high reps pushups in a row . From 25 pushups in a row now Iam on 500 pushups in a row brother. I can do it in less than 45 minutes. Thanks brotha but Iam wondered you only doing 425 pushups in a row meanwhile Iam doing 500 pushups in a row. But always you're my motivation. Love from Nepal❤

Yeah, high reps calisthenics build bestial strength and muscle.
@Nidatuerrow
@Nidatuerrow Ай бұрын
No, it won't help you bulk with massive size! It will help you with endurance, strength, and achieving a jacked/lean physique. To bulk, you must eat a lot and lift heavy weights. Bodyweight exercises alone won't be enough for significant muscle mass gain. Take it from someone who's been doing this for over a decade. The only way I ever bulked was by eating lots of good and even unhealthy fast foods with lots of fats and hitting lots of heavy supersets. Videos of people doing hundreds of bodyweight exercises are only effective when you're at a certain point. If you genuinely believe you can reach this level just by doing push-ups, you have a lot of realizations to go through. The body simply doesn't work like that. This man probably maxes out on the Lat overhead pulldown to pull off all those reps. I know because that's what I had to do to be able to do more than 30 pull-ups in one go. As far as push-ups go, I can only do about 75-85 max in one go without resting. To achieve that, I need to bench at least two plates on the heavier bar. Right now, I can only bench full 2-3 sets of 180-210 pounds, so a bit less than the two plates, and I can only do about 50-60 push-ups in one go before my muscles give out. But, no, you won't bulk significantly by just doing push-ups. If you want size, lift heavy weights. If you want a lean, aesthetic, jacked physique, do light strength training with weights and bodyweight exercises. Once you reach a decent level, you can switch to mostly calisthenics focusing on endurance and rock hard muscle mass, but you'll still need to lift weights occasionally. Obviously, weight and height are also factors in the equation. Like @user-qu2ol7fz1z said 1 day ago "Yeah, high reps calisthenics build bestial strength and muscle." However, that doesn't include bulk, as in massive size. Bodyweight exercises and endurance training primarily build strength and muscle tone, rather than increasing overall size. These exercises enhance muscle definition, giving the appearance of being more muscular when wearing tight clothing. However, upon removing these garments, one may not appear significantly larger, but rather lean and well-defined. All rock-hard muscle! I recommend beginners focus on developing rock-hard muscles over the soft, squishy muscle mass some people get when they "bulk". Those who bulk often can't perform physical activities or work as well as the lean, strong guys. Conclusion: If you want to achieve substantial muscle mass, you must engage in heavy weightlifting and follow a calorie-rich diet and not go on a calorie deficit but you may struggle with certain tasks. For beginners, it is beneficial to focus on developing dense, well-defined muscles before considering traditional bulking methods, so calisthenics and bodyweight exercises are great. This approach ensures functional strength and improved physical performance. When you're ready to lift heavy weights, you won't hurt/strain yourself much or at all, and you'll find it relatively easy. Good Luck!

@@adithya444 I 100 percent believe it for this elite beast. That's why he ain't big and bulky. Dude's lean and jacked, with way more relative strength than the average guy, even the regular gym rats. Props to him, KES, and anyone else on this grind. Mad respect for this kind of strength and endurance. I'm gonna switch to this style now that I'm happy with my build. I don't need huge, useless muscles messing with my lifestyle.

Is there a point to the mask, or is it just his KZfaq persona? Because if it's about elevation training masks (ETMs), it may not be the right type, and I'm unsure who to believe-the man with anecdotal evidence of endurance and strength or scientific research. I've spent an hour researching this, and the scientific evidence doesn't strongly support it. I would really like to hear from this man about what he feels or has benefited from while training with his mask, or if it's just like me wearing a hoodie everywhere I go, lol. @@carlitoclout65 Just looked it up, he was listening to music and told the kid that he couldn't hear him (which was true) now, could he have paused the music? Sure, but Masked Mediator is famous for doing the impossible and only having so much time to do so, therefore he can't just stop whenever someone comes over to ask him a question (plus it ruins his workout) However, Joey actually made an updated video complimenting Masked Mediator for interacting with the other people around him, and I've seen him do this as well in the past, so it's not because that he's a bad guy or anything, he's just really focused on his goals in life and that should more than anything else just be respected if you ask me.
