I visited with a 94 year old lady today who proclaimed herself very old and I said to her you are not old till you' re dead and buried and I called her a young lady and she said you need to check your eyes. This is true inspiration. Keep up the fight.

I love your dedication, your passion and your commitment but you gotta play more scrimmage against real ballers who play hoops for a living and there you will enhance your playmaking capability even more your court vision and understanding the game even more. Court knowledge is a must in basketball that requires more than individual skills so yeah if you wanna be better even more play against someone will push you even more, if you stay on that zone where people you play against aren't putting that much effort you do then it's not the place for improvement you'll just end being like them too, there's no such thing as perfect player but if youll play more you'll know more and that's the time you can fill the things you lack while playing hoop that's the time you put as much time and effort on your work as you can

vc precisa fazer um trabalho de perna para impulsão com peso de forma a não forçar o joelho e ser eficiente para vc ter mais tempo para treinar arremesso, controle de bola é passes nos jogos, inclusive passe por trás das costas.
