Alaska is on many bucket lists but some think it is all too hard. We took a delightful Inside Passage cruise from Vancouver to Seward than travelled by RV to Homer. It was fun, easy and relaxing.
Both Seward and Homer are spectacular. Surrounded by water and stunning snow-capped mountains, the two towns are perfect for vacationers who enjoy the outdoors, fishing and nature,
There is no need to rough it. Both towns have good accommodation, restaurants, shopping facilities, visitor attractions, and tour opportunities galore. You can still catch your favourite TV programs and keep in contact with friends via the internet. And if you are keen on fishing, you will be in heaven!
Both towns are connected with Anchorage and other areas of the state by good highways and Seward has a rail connection via the Alaskan Railway.
