@Prasanjit Samal हिटलर जब जर्मनी का चांसलर बना, उसके दो साल बाद नाजियों की वार्षिक रैली में दो कानून पास किए गए. पहला, राइक सिटिजनशिप लॉ और दूसरा, लॉ फॉर प्रोटेक्शन ऑफ जर्मन ब्लड एंड ऑनर. इन दोनों कानूनों को न्यूरेमबर्ग लॉज के नाम से जाना जाता है. नागरिकता कानून के तहत हिटलर का फरमान था कि जर्मनी का नागरिक वही माना जाएगा जिसकी रगों में जर्मन खून हो. इस कानून के आने के बाद जर्मनी में यहूदी और रोमा जैसे समुदायों की नागरिकता खत्म हो गई. दूसरे कानून के तहत कहा गया कि जर्मन नागरिकों और यहूदियों के बीच शादियां नहीं हो सकतीं. अगर कहीं किसी दूसरे देश में भी ऐसी कोई शादी हो जाए तो उसे भी अवैध करार दिया जाएगा. जर्मन और यहूदियों के बीच शारीरिक संबंध को गैरकानूनी घोषित कर दिया गया. यहूदी घरों में 45 साल से कम उम्र की जर्मन महिलाओं के काम करने पर पाबंदी लगा दी गई. हिटलर का कहना था कि वह जर्मन महिलाओं और लड़कियों की ‘जाति को अपवित्र होने से रोकने’ के लिए ऐसा कर रहा है. वह ये सब जर्मन रक्त शुद्धता और जर्मन सम्मान की सुरक्षा के लिए कर रहा था. हिटलर ने बहुत कुछ किया. विपक्ष खत्म किया. यहूदियों के अधिकार खत्म किए. उनके खिलाफ नफरत फैलाई. यहूदियों और अश्वेतों को दोयम दर्जे का नागरिक बना दिया गया. उन्हें आम जरूरी सुविधाएं मिलनी बंद हो गईं. हिटलर की यहूदी विरोधी नफरत इतनी बढ़ी कि अंतत: जर्मनी में 60 लाख से ज्यादा यहूदियों का नरसंहार हुआ और हिटलर की मौत के साथ नफरत का ये खेल खत्म हो गया. हिटलर के मरने के बाद न्यूरेमबर्ग लॉज के बारे में कहा गया कि इन कानूनों का मकसद वह नहीं था जो बताया गया था. इनका मकसद एक समुदाय विशेष को निशाना बनाना था. इन कानूनों का मकसद दो समुदायों के बीच विभाजन को बढ़ाना था. अफसोस ये है कि दुनिया तवारीख से सबक नहीं सीखती. हिटलर के बाद भी तमाम तानाशाह हुए जिन्होंने उसी की तरह जनता को बरगलाया, शासन किया और बर्बादी की वजह बने. नरसंहार कराने वाला हिटलर अचानक नहीं बना था. उसने कई बरसों में अपने को बनाया था और जनता को इस तरह तैयार किया था कि जनता नरसंहार को जरूरी मान बैठी. लेकिन हिटलर के बाद जर्मनी और हर ​जर्मन सिर्फ शर्मिंदा हो सकता था.
