Honestly, I think it's actually pretty cool that you guys hike short distances. It shows that you can be a backpacker and have a great time without needing to do tons of mileage. It makes backpacking feel a lot more accessible.

… BTW, your camera set up and editing are not lost on me. I appreciate your attention to detail. Often times when I’m watching with others, Often time when I’m watching with others, I will say they’ve got to go back and get that camera. Another channel that I appreciate the re-gathering set up equipment is SUV RVing.

Tristan's camera work is crazy. Just knowing he has to climb walls 2 or 3x for a single shot is crazy to think about.

You're by far the best editor I watch on KZfaq my guy. The Japan trip so far has been brilliant!

I think you are just getting better at filming. For your future videos, you know ways to make them better. Ever evolving! Also first video was so good! Cant wait to see the rest of the adventure!

When I first launched Delta Safari I use to carry a bunch of equipment, multiple cameras, tripods, every GoPro attachment known to man. Now I just use a lanyard with a magnetic system for my sports cam and I use my Samsung S 21 Ultra. For tripods I use whatever I find, downed trees, benches, setting it on the ground. As a result I have a lot of Dutch angles. I just added a handle bar mount to a trekking pole for a monopod.

Great to see you back. Nice review of how you try to edit and do the filming. So glad to see the four of you together again on an adventure. Can't wait to watch it.

I absolutely felt your northern Japan video. Still one of my favorites. It captured the vibes so well. I had to watch it a second time. The AA Glacier NP video did a really phenomenal job at capturing the atmosphere as well It’s funny - the most miserable adventures usually end up being the best and most memorable.. like that AA episode where you guys were trapped in your tents on the California coast… another favorite of mine 😂

Hi Robby. I just found AA and subsequently you recently. I would love to see you do a video where each cut is labeled with which camera, lens, and mic are being used. That way, we can get an idea of each set-up's look and feel. I mean, if you're interested in sharing more knowledge.

Love taking walks by the ruins. Only 15 minutes from my house. Watch out after it rains. It can get very muddy. Just saying 😂 thank you for the great content!

Robby, I have a couple of questions for you: 1) What's the name of the park in this episode?, 2) When we watch these videos on KZfaq as a Patreon "early releases" do our "likes" and views help you with their their algorithm, or does it help more when the video is in public release? Or does it not matter because it's the same video?
@RobbyHuang8 ай бұрын
That’s a park called Holliday Park, it’s pretty cool. Those statues were the facade of some building in New York City from back in the day. And from what I’ve seen it doesn’t matter too much what happens when a video is unlisted. It’s only once it’s published that the “algorithm” pays attention to it I think.
