Not sure why people keep commenting about the upcoming 'worst' episodes which might make you not be excited for the rest rather than what they're looking forward to... they know they can experiment with storytelling/directing in upcoming episodes, not everyone will like the change in format but nothing wrong with trying something new creatively and learning from that, just hopes it doesn't dampen your excitement!

The pronunciation of "Poconos" in this epiosde is pretty accurate to the Philadelphia accent. Even people who have largely worked to get rid of their Philadelphia accent tebd to pronounce their long O that way from time to time.

I'm willing to bet that's the case for most places. I'm from Long Island and if you though about the typical NYC/LI accent. Like the thick American/Italian-Goodfellas type accent. I don't sound anything like that, but I could go anywhere in the country and a lot of people won't even ask, they will just be like "...so you're from NY, huh?" Lmao. It blows my mind but also, I can usually pick out people with SOME degree of closeness. Some places are more well known cause of movies/TV etc.

I still cant believe a lot of people think that “Frank’s Brother” was the worst of the series. I too didnt appreciate it at first but it holds up in the end. There are worse episodes. Especially on the later seasons.

I’m pretty sure the uphill/downhill argument becomes a joke on Sunny, maybe Charley argues with Dennis, I cant remember, I could be totally wrong... I always thought the saying was, “It’s all downhill from here..” meaning easier.. It’s like how people say “Sub-Par” meaning bad quality, but in golf being below par is a good thing... who knows how words are formed...?

No I agree - “it’s all downhill from here” can mean “smooth sailing.” Which is confusing since “it goes downhill from here” means increasingly bad. I’m saying this before looking it up, so if I’m wrong, we’re wrong together. ✊🏻Though language is so malleable, does that really make us totally wrong?

Mac's chatacter changes depending on the season, this season is being fat, I mean, cultivating mass. Some seasons he's super religious, some seasons he's gay.

I don’t see why they hate the brother episode. The 1800s one definitely was worse. And it’s all about Frank. Isn’t that what they want? All over Franks junk. I enjoyed it. As much as this episode. This whole season is great.

The reason anyone thinks the previous episode (Frank’s Brother) is the worst of the series is that it’s stuck between the great episodes of S7, the best season. Frank’s Brother is the worst of S7, but in any other season it would be considered weak but not horrible.

It definitely gets worse than the previous episode, IMO. Honestly, the show does arguably jump the shark somewhat in some of the later seasons, and as a fan of the show (even if there are still occasionally laughs still), I would not mind too much if you stopped at some point before catching up to where it currently is, personally.

nah, the worst episode of the series would be s11e07, that one is written like what they usually parody (not witty at all :/) or I'd image some people would argue the worst episode is in one of the most recent seasons

Really, s11e07? I just looked up which one that is and I thought that one was usually regarded as a good one, I see people quote it all the time and I personally loved it (plus it has the second appearance from a certain real-life director)

0:59 Ya know, he does got a point lol going up hill sucks… down hill is much easier and it can be a lot of fun. (Example: Rollercoasters 🎢) lol Maybe we should change that expression, flip the meanings.
