@@kingkoi6542 yes the supplier would be at fault, if the ore or it's housing is found to be the cause of the meltdown. It's not incompetence mate it's complete clinical negligence across the board. I'd suggest you read the archer report, you wouldn't be quite so defensive. PS, why is someone so thin skinned? 1) It won't bring people back to life 2) It has come DECADES late 3) The problem was known about early on, but was allowed to continue for years. This was entirely PREVENTABLE. 4) You can be sure no one is going to be punished for this, even though someone should be going to jail for manslaughter at the very least. All British enquiries end the same way - "mistakes were made, there was no wrong doing, and no one needs to be punished". As with all such enquiries in Britain, it is all 'kicked' so far 'into the long grass', that those responsible have all retired or died of old age by the time it is concluded. 5) This is yet another piece of evidence as to the total corruption of British society in high places, along with the Horizon Post Office scandal, the Sewerage into rivers scandal, the Grenfell Towers cladding scandal and so many other scandals that have happened over the decades. At the top Britain is one of the most thoroughly corrupt societies in the western world. People just don't notice it because people at the bottom can't get away with it, only people at the top where rewards are massive and the chances of being caught non-existent. Britain is just as feudal today as it was 1000 years ago, the peasants are expendable, while the elite make millions poisoning them.

A witch hunt is needed because this kind of thing is going to keep on happening till those who do these things realise they can be held accountable and punished.
