I love the fact you keep your cars oem as much as possible. That’s one thing i really can’t be arsed with majorly modding cars a exhaust an maybe wheels depending on the car is about my limit lol

But its legal to have a front plate in UK. So get a magnetic one made with a felt back so you can put on when needed.

You should also change out the plastic locking pins to aluminum ones from AMG. I know it's a small detail but I did it on my C63S and they just look so much better.

A lot (most) KZfaqrs seem to assume that the audience like it when people modify their cars, like Archie with a new exhaust/wrap every week. Little do they know a lot of us appreciate OEM plus much more than a molested car. Keep up the good work bringing these beauties back to life. Chaos Tom.

@@TGE Cracking spec anyway. There are not many silver ones. Quite a few white and cream versions. As you say, silver and red is the holy grail and matches the one down the road from me at Brooklands in the Mercedes ground floor. I always dribble walking past it and try to explain to the missus how valuable and revered it is. I think you might see these hit 200k at some point, so the running costs mught be absorbed into the appreciation. Hope so anyway. Cheers Ade

Tom how’s the interior quality? Did u seen that one guy doing interior test at youtube all Benz cars went horribly bad besides a S coupe even current SL was like Dacia Logan inside after 10k miles :(
