A transliteration is a written device using particular pronunciation marks and spellings of words for the purpose of showing how the words of another language are pronounced in that language. A transliteration is not a translation.

Yeah, so this comedian copies jokes from the movie desperado where Quentin Tarantino says the same exact joke in the bar full of Mexicans to cheech marin. I have no idea why the audience thought this old joke repurposed was funny
