Regarding the mask discrepancy, I always figured the Suletu had just been molded into the shape of a Hau.

I actually like to think that as well. Similar idea with the Hagah. Could also make sense if Helryx did this intentionally, to protect Krakua and prevent him from being hunted similar to the Iron toa. Also would make sense as the Hau is the symbol of Mata Nui. Lots of interpretations!

still one of the best and most intricate builds for a toa-sized figure. I mean this toa is more complicated and uses more parts than some titans! plus waist articulation which wasn't seen in any set until maxilos. and this was created in 2005! very impressive and definitely stands the test of time imo. though I've seen cool revamps

NGL I really wish bionicle was more like this on the whole. Smaller technic bits that come together creatively to form body parts. Endless inika builds on toa just felt like snapping arms and legs onto a torso-- the heroes line was pretty much just that, never bought any of those. Krakua looks like titan design scaled down. It'd be fun to see him come together as you build.

Kanohi masks are carved/forged from Kanoka disk that are first fused together to get certain powers. I'm thinking that sometimes the masks shapes/ designs dosen't always match that of the powers of the disk combos.

The staff reminds me of a metal rod that can make vibrations, I wonder what Krakua's personality is despite being a loner he doesn't seem to be the same type of loner as Kopaka, feels more like how Takua is a bit outcast to the other Matoran early in the stories

What transformed Krakua? A Toa stone? A powerful Staff?

There unfortunately isn't anything specific, here's what BS01 says "Krakua became a Toa with the assistance of the Order of Mata Nui." So maybe he transformed through a similar process as the Inika with the red star? IDK.

@@thelegendreborn8198it would be neat if there was some explanation for that so few of us who like to write fan fictions do it with that knowledge for Toa transformations besides the ones we have gotten through their own unique means.

Ya, though I’m a little sceptical... As I’ve gotten a few knock off pin axles and they’ve had some of the weirdest QC issues. Tiny axles with no friction, oversized axles, no friction on the pin, pin doesn’t even hold in. Stuff like that.

@@thelegendreborn8198 True, I had that as well but mostly with pin-axles from the old bootlegs, the newer ones from ali-express were mostly good quality.
