My challenge right now is, that someone who understands might comment...? what about having empathy for people trapped in narcissistic behaviors ? This has always been a challenge of mine to assess in the most healthy way(s). It would seem the wisest thing to do is to stop interactions with those who are narcissistic, especially as an intense empath.. And perhaps just love or have compassion from a distance? Very curious what those on this path will think. I am doing my best to get out of a toxic / narcissistic environment and still hold love in my heart ❤️ Thank you in advance 😊 💗🙏🌎
