+The New York Critic To be fair truck driving is a sedentary job and it's not exactly easy to find the time or means to exercise. I mean maybe you could take a fold up exercise bike and do half an hour on that at the end of the day in a car park ha?

+The New York Critic Agreed. I have recently taken it upon myself to really reduce sodium intake, eat healthier and get some more exercise. I can already feel a difference after a week.
