Hey Tom! Local to Oulton Park, I go there more than I'd like to admit; they have a thing called "BMW M4 Master Experience" run by MSV. - Usually bought as a gift, but you go out with an instructor usually an ex-racing driver or someone with lots of experience, they teach you the lines, breaking points, throttle control, and confidence. Something I would consider first before track days because it teaches you the base principles of the track that you can transition over to other tracks with some practice like Silverstone, Donnington, etc etc! Hope that helps!!

Tom - I owned one of those new GLS450s (the huge one you hopped into first). You don’t need the TVs in the back, they sell a mount that snaps into the place where the TVs go where you can have an iPad in it. Significantly less expensive and WAY more functionality that will not age over time as you can replace it as needed. I also still have Thule roof rails if you end up getting a MB. Happy to arrange a way to get them to you from the States so you can get a box on top to hold more luggage (baby stuff takes up a lot of your trunk “boot” space).

Really ?, does content help us through tough times? And if times are always tough, they are just a distraction right? Cuz once the content is done, we go straight back to tough times, unless your tough time was only lasting for a while I guess.

Your PT has to be good Tom, i think your approach is spot on. You've got a good consistent routine, your rita's reign meal prep is perfect, with Lydia buying protein foods, her cooking in general, the shakes you drink, you have made massive gains ontop of the loss. Obviously many factors but hats off to the PT because i honestly think if wrong person got you going you'd have made less progress or stopped. Your a competitve person so i dont doubt how far you will take it but its bloody hard to get going properly in the gym like you have. Hats off to yourself and the team!

Seeing all of Little Alfredo's milestones makes me remember all my 2-year-old son's milestones and it makes my heart so happy. We watch your vlogs before bed every night so now every time I say it's time for bed he says "Watch Tom?!" Excitedly runs for the remote to turn the TV. I hope you guys have a wonderful day :)

I was thinking about it since I watched the vlog yesterday… You should DIY the wall in the garage. You are getting really good at doing things around the house and a partition wall is pretty straightforward. Plus I am sure Ken would help if you got stuck. It would give you a new project to dig into. 😊

Gle53 /63 amg is a great one, Built like a tank and can launch. Not had any issues for the past 3 years with our gle53 coupe only downside is the cost of tyres lol

I've not been pregnant or breast feeding in 23 years lol but the past 7 weeks of antibiotics and agony been for a mama gram n scan n 2 lots of tabs been a nightmare, 😭😭😭so I feel your worry and concerns always better to get it checked ♥️

I get the being a solar panel thing. I am like an entirely different person when the sun is out. As a person who is responsible for a number of my nephews obsessions I fully encourage all the monster truck purchases. The amount of joy these vlogs bring me is huge they bring some light to the darkest days and add joy to the good ones.

The knitting is gorgeous..im knitting toys at the moment someone wants 6 different knitted toys I'm half way through... Alfie wow rolling over amazing he be crawling soon and the way he is going right now I bet he be walking before he is 1yr old ...❤
