Trynd isn't actually fighting kindred themselves. He's fighting those other freljordian warriors you see surround him at the start, or lying dead around him at the end, and just sees kindred because he's close to death. That's also why kindred dissapears after Ashe comes to his rescue, because he's no longer going to die

I love that Yasuo waited for them to cross the line. He really matured and now only fights when he has to, and not when he wants to. Such a nich progress from the spirit blossom cinematic

The lore of the cinematic as i take it: In first scene we see Kayle and Morgana, they are fighting side by side both having their powers, when both of them are pushed to their limits Morgana gives away her powers as aspect of justice and binds Aatrox even if for a moment, then we can see Kayle taking Morgana powers representing her taking Morgana's sword and looking at her sister with disgust, when Morgana falls to the ground Kayle ascends and kills the host of Aatrox, we can see lamb in the flames showing his death. In the second scene we see bandits raiding ionian village and yasuo as old man standing his ground, each time he uses his power bondages on his arm unravel and at the end we can see his acceptance and kindred's arrow ending his life, we can see wolf in the shadows right before arrow falls. In the last scene we see Tryndamere fighting against a group of enemies, it is represented as him fighting kindred both wolf and lamb refusing to die, his red eyes represent his ability to become immortal for short period of time, in the final scene we can see kindred lowering her bow when ashe saves him from last enemies just in the moment he is about to die, seeing that its not the time to claim tryndamere, kindred disappears. This cinematic represents that death is timeless showing one scene from the past one from present and one from future, it also shows both aspects of kindred, when Aatrox's host dies we see lamb idle while wolf delivers the final blow, wolf hunts down those who resist death. When yasuo dies the wolf waits as the lamb's arrow is the final moment. Lamb brings peaceful death to those that accept it, tryndamere fights both wolf and the lamb defying natural order using his powers but in the end does so successfully avoiding death

Kindred keeps popping up in every scene, first right as Trynd closes his eyes, then in the fire of Kayle's swords (right before the scene swaps to the city), then when Yasuo (or his master or whoever) Qs the last guy you can see Wolf's silhouette and eyes before Kindred hits him with the arrow. Oh and ofc Tryndamere fighting death itself with the blood magic (probably 1vs9 while Ashe's looking like "wtf did I marry this crazy dude? Idk if I should get close, he might cut me as well")

I don't know brother. It's like Riot decided to cook once again, and hit us with a gorgeous cinematic. I am already in love with the game's lore, and I am happy that in this cinematic we got a new time jump in the actual lore. For me it hit hard how Kayle and Morgana are reunited once again, and fight one of the biggest threats of this Runeterra, Aatrox. It shows us how even an immortal can be defeated. (or maybe, Aatrox is not dead yet and will come back with even more power? idk i am still high on copium). It's a nice touch how Morgana in the middle of the fight leave her sword behind and embrace the dark magic and Kayle pick it up and unlock her true power. (EDIT1: The fight actually happened in the past, old Demacia before the Winged Protectors Architecture and Shiny Stone Walls of modern Demacia.) The invasion of Ionia shows us an old Yasuo who accepted his fate and is ready to die and join his half-brother Yone. (his W was on cooldown) The opposite of Yasuo who is ready to die, is Tryndamere who refuse to die. The whole plot of Trynda, Ashe and Kindred it's a masterpiece. Because in the end even death itself was confused about how and why he refuse so much to die. And after that Ashe being able to calm down the unstoppable rage of Tryndamere. That's an extremely rare W for Riot these days. (If i misinterpreted something or missed something, let me know.)

Ok here me out, Tv series for the CHARACTERS they want to explore, and movies for big EVENTS that happened in runeterra. Arcane is a great first step into full projects but they have so much room to work with that they could single-handedly save my upcoming boredom for decades to come and inspire people to learn how to ACTUALLY make good video game films. I would absolutely buy a ticket and overpriced food I can get for 1/5 the price to watch Aatrox’s rampage across Runeterra in theaters. There are so many stories that could be told in movies, though they would probably need a separate studio for separate types cause Fortiche probably couldn’t handle everything alone and uphold their quality (don’t want them overworked like the anime industry). I would totally wait 3-6 years for projects to be released. If possible to do it in intervals so that they get released every 2-3 years. (Like 2024 - Tv | 2027 - Movie | 2030 - Tv | 2033 - Movie)

It was set , if you watch it back in Old Demacia, it still had Stone walls, but nothing like Demacia nowadays. Tryndamere fighting Kindred was the present. So now we know, when he is close to dying, beacause of his anger, and Aatrox's Blood Magic, he is able to defeat Kindred in battle (I think he was just halucinating Kindred tho because meanwhile he killed almost all of the people that stood around him in the beginning.) Only Ashe woke him up. and Yasuo growing old, going off his "road" and into hiding was the possible future. It was hinted, because he didn't want to use his Wind Technique at first and held back. Oh and also Yasuo is currently sailing towards Noxus after the events of The Ruined King game so it only makes sense , if that is a possible future

For the ones that thought of the cinematic more deeply and saw it kindread was in all parts. First of all when aatrox was getting outscaled by kayle that hit spike in the flames there was her shadow, second of all when yas threw tornado in woods you can see wolfs eyes in the forest and yasuo actually accepted death in the last moment so the white arrow (lamb ones) struck him as the first/deadly one. And metaphorically kindread is not in our realm but he is more like spiritual fight. Tryndamear for example always dies and then he has to fight the lamb and wolf in spirit realm while his body is still working perfectly. Can be seen that there are more soldiers dead after kindread disapears. Yeah and the fact that tryndamere is infused with aatroxes blood doesnt makes him go in spirit realm or kindread realm.. whatever. Then he has to fight for a while till his body kills the danger and he is back alive. I think kindread is impersoning the real world threats and I think that for example when kindread was shooting with her bow there was in the same moment someone who was actually doing it as well. Thats just my theory tho so dont take it too serious.

The whole Cinematic is based around Kindred (Lamb and Wolf). In the World of Runeterra, Kindred is essentially the grim reaper. She collects those in death. there are signs of Kindred in all 3 scenes. the Scenes are broken up into Past, Future, and Present. In the Past, Two Demi-Angels, Kayle and Morgana Defended and dealt justice in a Land that would eventually become known as Demacia. The Scene Depicts an area under siege by the Darkin Aatroxx. Darkin were originally ascendant beings but they were driven mad by the void in a war long ago. Kayle and Morgana are sisters, their Mother is an angel, and they both hold 1 half of their mother's sword. They defeat Aatrox. In the lore, Kayle is stoic and brings justice in a very cold and unemotional way, while Morgana is more affected by the plight of humans and reasons that judgement and justice can be tempered. In the scene Morgana drops her mothers weapon and taps into darker powers to fight Aatrox, you can see the disdain Kayle has for Morgana in the quick glance she gives her, even as she takes up both halves of her mothers sword and causes the firestorm. if you look closely, there is an afterimage in the fire that is Kindred. Then you go to the Future, in Ionia, where we are greeted by an Old man version of Yasuo. After he uses his whirlwind, you see many arrows in the sky coming for Yasuo, including a bright one, which appears to hit him, this is the Arrow of Kindred, claiming Yasuo. if you look in the sky, you can also see the apparent shape of a wolfs head. in the last scene, which would be considered the Present, in Frejord, you see Tryndamere, who has the power to avoid death by tapping into his rage via blood magic. He is married to Ashe, a Frostborn Tribal Leader. In the scene, Trendamere is fighting death (literally) by fighting against Kindred (the Lamb and the Wolf). Tryndamere power in game is literally to become un-killable for a short period of time. As the fight goes on, Kindred lets her bow go because Ashe has arrived, and saves Tryndamere. It's not his time to die.

You see Lambs arrow striking Yasuo. You see Lambs shadow in the smoke of Aatrox because he can only be banished into his weapon not killed. This is a love letter to lore fanatics and I'm all for it. For those complaining about the whole no blood thing, old Yasuo is done with killing, and uses his wind abilities to knock out the enemies so not to kill him, hence the reason he pushes the leader away from the arrow wave with his tornado and accepts Lambs arrow.

As someone who actually reads lore, Tryndamere resisting Kindred, who are a spirit god via darkin blood magic, is not that much of a surprise.
