Here's a compilation of 4 haulers picking up general waste in Brisbane (and 1 JJ Richards truck in Sydney). REMONDIS, Brisbane City by Suez, JJ Richards and Suez are all featured in this video, all with vastly different trucks and chassis. There are also some RL packing shots scattered throughout the video which may please some of you who found Wet N' Wild entertaining! Thanks to all the professional drivers in the video and a special shoutout to all the friendly and funny drivers and manager at REMONDIS Brisbane Depot

In south africa we have a cool type of wheelie bin's called COCT Wheelie Bin's. Also The Garbage truck company is called faun rotopress or transtech MechLift. also there is colours of garbage trucks in south africa Like:Red Blue Green White & Orange

Too costly to send a recycle truck out. There's only about 10 fibre bins on the whole route

zp12684 Ah right, is it sorted afterwards? REMONDIS recently came to England and I live right next to one of their depots (Barrington Ind Est) and they sort out all general waste and the rest goes to RDF

Costly or not, it's still not fair. People sort their trash for days, for them to just pick it up in the same go. It just shouldn't work out that way. I'm sure sending a dedicated truck wouldn't be so expensive, not to mention they could've given them more dumpsters and thus come less often.

I recognise the garbage man in the yellow high vis wearing the leather hat. He played the lead role of a character called Mick Dundee in a popular Australian movie back in the 80’s.

Trash cans aren't for sale. They belong to the haulers. You can find generic ones at home improvement stores

Have a specific time? Some bins are full of glass so that may be what you're hearing?

These are non existent in the uk, we mainly have Dennis, but they have terburg compactors

Not quite correct mate, Terberg make bin lifts, Olympus make the bodies and Dennis make the cabs and chassis, these 3 are all owned by the Terberg RosRoca Group
