Doing brilliant Ray. Hope that trapped wind u had worked it's way out by looks from this morning u must have been ripping the sofa sounds out . Exercise good food+ the sound fit body you still built and much fitter than most young ones . Heavy breathing mb doing to much Ray with up most respect. You do more than most. Great work out tho. Fair play Ray: big respect to you in your 70s and still working out each day. I really admire your fighting spirit. Read up on an English knight named William Marshal who led armies into battle in his 70s and saved England from being ruled by France. Age is but a number. Neve give up mate 🥊

working out always feels great 🙏💪. I've also learnt that higher cardiovascular fitness directly correlates to longer life. That's why I always tell my mom who's nearly in her 60s to do moderate to challenging cardio for at least 30-40 mins a day
