A cordless grease gun is a game changer. I think that whole bit fighting with the grease gun was hilarious! Im in Pennsylvania, USA, and up until yesterday, we have had 95 degrees and high humidity and headed back to that next couple of days! I run a sawmill and do stump grinding and when those are slow i work part time as a road mechanic for a local heavy equipment repair service. Everything i do is outside! Hot and cold!

Love the rain gauge Tom! My Grandpa (RIP) was a farmer in the Scottish Borders until retirement but he kept a rain gauge and a record of the max and in temps every day. When I was a young un in the 90's I put it all into a spreadsheet for him and made some lovely graphs! Would be intersting to know what's happening with all the grain moving in and out of the stores, are you buying and selling locally, moving between farms, selling for bread, beer or feed? You leave the rod pulled out until you’ve put the grease in you don’t need to leave the lid on like this but you can do, and you want the timer set to ‘Off’ not 500 seconds so you are in control. Also you can lock it on if you pull the trigger then slide the lock over so you don’t need to hold the trigger down
