In the last idle talk yuqi and Soyeon said they were devils that fell in love with an angel and were saved, shuhua said she was an angel/heroin but from the looks of the video it looks like soojin is a devil (tempting others but also helping) since she seems to be confident in her knowledge and whispers to shuhua then soyeon (like shes telling a secret) shuhua is definitely still an angel, yuqi looks like she was enthralled and fell for miyeon (especially since she has a scene where’s she’s falling down into darkness but I’m not sure if she was an angel or if she was a devil and fell in love and changed. Miyeon was definitely an angel. One thing I know for sure is that Minnie was definitely dragged to hell (the mud pit) where soyeon was but was not there at the ending begging the question was Minnie the only one that was left in hell? However I could be totally wrong since the whole concept is white/lie , black/truth 🤷🏽‍♀️

While I'm not really a Neverland (I don't dislike (G)-Idle I just don't listen them too much) I REALLY appreciate how passionate Ben is about this group. Like, watching his reaction with this MV, it really made me have a whole new appreciation for the MV and that's why I always come back here. If people are ever commenting about how it's annoying that he pauses, just know that literally, this channel is one of the few reactor channels I can literally stand to watch in a sea of reactions. Minnie and Soyeon are in what feels like an asylum, because they have something that's driving them insane, an almost overpowering desire for what seems to be a 'Her'. Miyeon is on this pedestal maybe representing heaven (she is an angel IRL so makes sense LOL), and she talks about holding on to the pain, probably caused by this 'sin'. Then you see her falling in the second pre-chorus, a literal fallen angel, because she gives in to that desire. Yuqi is being drawn to something shiny in her first part, and in the second pre-chorus you can see that she looks different in her makeup, so she has given in to the desire as well. There's a very brief shot of Soojin bound by what looks like silky ropes, and in her part during the second chorus, you can once again see, very briefly, that she is being released from those ropes and in her last part she looks completely different which probably indicates that she has given in. For Shuhua's part the temptation takes her quicker (because she only got one verse !) and you can see Soojin almost drawing her to the 'other side' and then she turns into Soyeon. My guess is either Shuhua represents Soyeon before giving into her desire and being sent into the asylum or Soyeon represents Shuhua's inner self finally being freed and the asylum is Shuhua's mind. The red cloths like rose petals and mud probably represents the lust-like 'sin' that they talk about and they're slowly being engulfed in it. The red cloth is from the point of view of the person, the mud is from the point of view of others who don't approve of the desire. My general guess is the song is about an uncontrolable desire for something 'sinful' (several biblical references like Hell, paying the Piper), then slowly becoming 'freed' by giving into the desire. For the music itself, I was not expecting the chorus to go that way and have gotten used to it the more I listen to it. The bridge feels like another verse which I don't particularly enjoy, but maybe I'll get used to it as well? The rest of the song is literal fire though, especially the pre-chorus.

If I had to make a quick analysis, the concept is that Minnie is the “main character”. And when she approaches that odd part of the wall and looks through she starts to see the parts of her. The good and the bad, the dark and the light. And they all ultimately inhabit the same space. And if it is a love song, it’s a love song about yourself. How we can drive ourselves insane, convince ourselves of things that are not in our own best interest. And even further, we can be trapped by different parts of ourselves. Hence the different members meeting at the end, and Minnie suddenly occupying the same scenes as other members did previously. God, I could go on and on. But I’ll spare everyone for now

I don't have a theory, but just considering the lyrics, it's kind of reminding me of some sort of biblical stuff, you know the places, the first verse with minnie, red wine ... and the lyrics is about a "she", this can be a very good turning point for kpop ... in korea being homosexual isn't appropriate, sure they have singers that are homosexual like Holland, and some MVs related to this community...but maybe (G)I-DLE's Oh my god can be a turning point that people accept homosexuals ...I mean we had a lot of good things happening to kpop in 2020, we has a lot of turning points ...(Momo and heechul dating and showing there's nothing wrong with the age gap, Chen marring and staying in the group) maybe this song can be the next turning point in kpop where people accept others too, and idols can announce things they want and they are and not getting hate, I hope this happens
