@Husband Material I mean tbf seeing the margin they play with even 0.05 is a lot, they're all within 3 to 4 tens to each other and like all within 0.5/1 tens in the top 5

I remember watching this live! When I saw Nicholas slam on the brakes to get DRS I got nervous but then saw your rear wing open and shouted "Go on then Jarno!" Good stuff man!

Being really good on s1 and low grip tyres seems mostly like an effect of setup (you tend to drive aggressively, which should actually help at higher grip conditions rather than low grip i guess). Note that especially redbulls tend to go to extremes on setup, which potentially plays a role in this difference with them

Hey, I have a question, since I don't followe E-sports that closely. I guess the cars must be BOPed, so that everyone has an equal chance (duh...), but how does this BOP compares to, say, MyTeam performance? Are those cars closer to the top spec (maxed out), middle or low spec?

I've been trying to learn those bloody S's at USA for ages, I just can't get my head around it. I watch good drivers whizz round it, I have been trying to slowly build up speed through there but I just can't get it. Watching Jarno fly round them in 7th while I'm struggling to get around them in 5th is hilarious.

If you're on controller you have to rely on launching the car round as you exit. Get off the gas and punch it at the right time and it helps you get around. It is 10x easier on wheel to take the corners.

@@dmdevroomen6629 the left right thing should be ok but the pedals are going to be a struggle I think. Ever tried braking with your left foot in a real car? It's really strange, even though when you do it in a go cart it's perfectly normal.

F1 eSports does a single quali session, so the tires they set the fastest time on are not the tires they have to race with.

There are many different guys Who do Time trial setup Videos, i would personally recommend trl limitless for this but for this Game its onfortunately a bit outdated because they patched the Game after he made his. Otherwise you have the Option to look at the Time trial leaderboards ingame and get Access to the esports drivers setups including jarno that way
