August 2024.. I was diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer August 2020. Stage 4. Terminal. I was given 18 months. But 2% make it to year 5. Its been 4 years and im stable. I listen to this often. I was 29 with 4 kids and a husband when I was diagnosed. So the song speaks to me. I only hope I live long enough to see my boys become men. Anyway RIP. Thank you for giving the world something beautiful to listen to.

My Cancer journey is close to Jane’s. Metastasis to Lungs, Spleen, and on the Brain. There is no cure but we perceiver and look for enough wins along the way that will hopefully buy enough time until a major breakthrough comes along. My brain is stable after surgery and radiation. This was a big win. I came across the AGT Nightbirde episode tonight and my feelings are very aligned with hers. I tell people everyone has or will have challenges like so many do. I don’t want others to be too burdened. I have had a great life and nothing can take that away. Hearing this tonight was very uplifting. I guess I want to say it is okay and I want others to know that it is. Each day I try to live to the fullest and hopefully make memories. Thanks for listening. ❤

My mom transitioned in 2017; from cancer, twenty days after her 79 BD. And, eecently, I have three relatives, including my sister, that are battling stage 4 cancer. They are between the ages of 53-65. Oh, and I forgot to mention that my 84 year old aunt was recently cured of skin cancer. It's so overwhelming! However, I found this song today and I've been playing it nonstop. This is helping me not to feel so helpless, but hopeful. Thank you Nightbirde for your gift of healing and hope. RIP

26 Jan 2024 I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer and today was Er positive meaning my estrogen is telling the cancer cells to keep growing and are spreading. I haven't start treatment yet. She was diagnosed around the time my sister passed away from lung and liver cancer. This song hits a personal spot for me. Nightbirdes passing was a hard pill to swallow because of that connection. Both are in heaven now, without pain and filled with love.

Watching this in 2024 makes my heart break down, leaving me to cry in this amazing momment that was sang in 2021. I hope she’s happy in heaven with her amazing talent. I just watched Simon's top golden buzzer moments. This woman deserved to be #1. Simon's golden buzzer and he was emotional watching it himself. Being a cancer survivor myself, this woman battled and deserves a spotlight in heaven. RIP Nightbirde.❤️

Same here...I watched his top golden buzzer, I didn't know who she was till I saw why so many Loved her, she was a brilliant, an amazing chanting survivor of joy and will always hold such Love and Amazing spirit she had till the end, and her music and her song will always live on in the hearts of the people who have seen her amazing talent...And even if she's gone, she will always be alive to the world..Rip Nightbird...fly high and sing out Loud up their for all the angels to hear your amazing encouraging songs..We Love you ❤🙏💞

This song means a lot to me because I have stage 4 colon cancer. Last August I went to the hospital because I wasn't feeling good and they discovered the cancer. When first diagnosed my cancer cell count was 2008 a few months ago it was 39. I'm going to beat this. To all those who have or have had cancer, never give up

You are so right. I talk about her and others that are struggling with health issues. Sh e teach you no matter how hard it is Keep living your best life ,no matter how long it is. She has motivated so me and in pretty sure others as well. I play hers songs over and over and Introduced her songs to others. She was and still is so motivational. Rip Nightbirde !

I’m in the U.K. and had only just came across a clip of Jane’s amazing song on Americas got talent. I’m now going down a rabbit hole looking up her life and music. She has brought tears down my face. What a beautiful and courageous girl. Rest in peace. ❤

June coming on July… 2024 and this song still impacts my life. Brings me hope. Brings me joy. Even on my darkest days and longest nights. Waking up from nightmares of friends lost, unable to breathe and yet a beautiful song helps me calm and once more sleep. I never knew her… but she has impacted me in a way that words can’t explain. I know that I am a year behind everyone here but my brother just played me the clip of agt and I haven't been able to stop thinking about her beautiful song, voice and story. I hope you will bear with me for a moment, she has inspired me write something for her... Another Beautiful Voice Lost to the Winds Another Storyteller with no more Stories to Tell. We are all here for such a short time, no time at all really. If you have a Dream You should Nurture it and Seek it out, Pursue it with all that you've Got, Don't Wait, Because we have such a short amount of Time, A Little Time is All That We've Got. Look what she was able to accomplish in the little time she had left and I'm really grateful that my brother shared her with me. She has touched so many people's lives especially those of us that are suffering no what that suffering is. Her strength in God is an inspiration. Thank you Jane. Thank you Nightbrde. I have so much respect for soldiers because there’s so much more to being in the service than just fighting on the front lines. I hope you know just how amazing you are to make such sacrifices! Amazing. A person like Nightbirde comes once in a generation. Not due to her talent, not due to disease, not due to her passing. It's due to the flame she brought to those who knew of her first hand or those of us who stumbled upon her by accident and were deeply touched. Not many people have the ability to touch so many over such a short period of time. So much untapped talent, such limited exposure, yet so many will remember her by the way she lived.

I know right, every time I need some sort of pickup I just listen to this song. For example, when my uncle killed himself just last month, I got home after getting the call on the way and all I thought to do was listen to this song. Even if Nightbirde can't continue to help people how she helped me, I truly am so glad that her song will live on forever and still, in it's own way, make a difference.
