It's Ok To Be Sad - And A Channel Update!

2020 was a rough year for a lot of people, but I (Justin) was quite blessed by how well 2020 turned out for me. As of right now, 2021 hasn't been so forgiving. After two bombshell heart breaks in as little as 3 weeks apart, I'm in a really sad place right now. It's not depression, it's a feeling of sadness that will one day go away, but it still hurts.
To keep all parties at safe, I won't say specifically what happened, but one one of them had to do with a career move I was trying to make that didn't pan out. It was heart breaking to say the least, but at least I still get to work at the gym!
Sadness sucks, it really does. Yet it's an emotion that we feel because it means we cared about something very deeply. A job, a friend, a pet or an idea, all can cause sadness when it doesn't pan out the way we had hoped. Yet we must rest assured that it means we're human, and being sad meant that we truly liked and loved what we lost or missed out on. Sadness isn't the end, it's the beginning of a new chapter to prove to yourself that you really do care, and you really do love.
It's ok to be sad, because it means that we truly are loving creatures.
As for the channel update, it's crazy how this is the last video in this small room of mine! I'm super exited to get my own place where Matt and I can film in a much more long term set. Thank you to all our subscribers!
