You can find out more about my free newsletter here: steverichards.substack.com
If you’d like to explore more then I have loads of great resources for you, including hundreds of extra videos, my comprehensive gardening ebook, my gardening app, data on everything I grow and when I grow it and so much more. Everything I do is free to use, but not to create!
For my whole ebook/course go here: steverichards.notion.site/Gar...
For my Amazon store go here: www.amazon.co.uk/shop/stevess...
For reference information on what to do each month and what I actually do, go here: steverichards.notion.site/Ref...
For my gardening apps go here: steves.seasidelife.com/2020/0...
For polytunnel and greenhouse growing: steverichards.notion.site/Pol...
For my year round growing guides: steverichards.notion.site/Yea...

For info on harvesting: steverichards.notion.site/Har...
For my FAQ document and video: steves.seasidelife.com/2020/0...
My books and videos are all grounded in what I actually do, I make sure you can see the evidence. For example if I suggest sowing carrots in November, take a look at my monthly tours to see them growing and my harvest videos for May to see the actual results. I'm not just about regurgitaing information from the backs of seed packets!
Just because all my resources are 'free of charge', to everyone, doesn't mean they aren't good quality. My objective is to make sure that there's no need to be rich to get access to great gardening information. I do however have a lot of costs to cover and my time is valuable to me, so please consider supporting me at www.buymeacoffee.com/steveric...

I always particularly enjoy watching your planting in progress videos, however much you may feel that you are repeating yourself, it never seems like it. The time of year and situation is always different. I found this video particulary inspiring. I can't wait to get out to the garden! My latest lettuce seeds have just arrived. You have everything set up so well and it was very satisfying watching the planting out of the lettuces to completion as you gave your useful tips. It's always reassuring to see or hear things that I have done or know about, as it shows me how much I am learning and it helps to go over things. You are continually teaching me new things too and it is so useful referring to particular places in the ebook/database! Less overwhelming. I have a few 60 cell trays I bought a few years ago, that haven't been very successful for me too. Having rewatched your container video, you convinced me to buy the 40 cell trays. I had to buy a minimum of 5 trays on that site, decided to get all same, (an early Christmas present) but I know they will be put to good use and I'm actually excited about getting them!🤣Thanks Steve, Justine

I hope you like the trays Justine, when we designed the workshop and new utility, we focused on making them places for "doing", rather than "storing", which means less storage space, but well designed storage space and a nice space to work in : All the best - Steve

Hi... I second all of that ❤😊Is there a link for the trays that will support your channel?
@SteveRichards

The only trays you can buy that support me are in my Amazon shop, they are the 6,9 and 12 cells

I checked first as would have liked to have supported you, Steve . You may be interested to know that you can get the 40 cell there now, so perhaps you could add it to your list? Cheaper via there if individual tray wanted, but is cheaper direct from main supplier if want 5 or more. Justine

Noticed you mentioned Algon on your newsletter, have a look at the safety data sheet, the active ingredients are just fancy names for Vinegar & natural soap in water, you can DIY it for a fraction of the cost, natural soap is also the best organic pesticide for aphids etc. so handy to have in the garden anyway. Hi Steve, great work. Do you ever sterilise soil for seed starting? X trying this out as experiment after seeing a couple of other videos x apologies if ive missed you talking about this.
@SteveRichards
@SteveRichards 10 ай бұрын
I don’t, I buy a professional seed starting compost, it’s already sterile. I don’t have time for that kind of gardening : all the best - Steve

I'd love to get some but my neighbour who was a market trader of flower plug plants gave me enough trays to last a life time. I might get a few next year though.
