Good news is that if the electricity goes out for some time, you'll be stocked up on candles & you don't have to worry about wax getting on any furniture because you'll have candle holders for every single candle! Tina you are such a hoot, made me laugh out loud many times. (my dog thinks I am crazy for laughing) Your videos always fun and your laughter is the best. When my 3 girls were growing up tampons were called Tammys and pads were pattys it was their code for need some more in the bathroom. I should have owned stock in the darn things LOL. I also have 1 son; poor boy was schooled on females early on. Thanks so much for taking us along.

You're in for a ride, my dog Bunnie went both blind and deaf in a space of maybe 6 mos. I finally figured out her barking at the bookcase is a call for me, and her daughter to yell out our locations. Tulip doesn't cooperate , but I do. I have safety-proofed the stairs, and every day I make sure she isn't going to get hurt or poke out her eyes on something, as she has no blink reflex. She still follows me, and I take her outside to kick it in the sunshine. You do what you can, it's a process.

Use the legs from the cabinet for the bench, the cabinet only needs the top replaced, it's salvageable. Someone wrapped those things well for a reason, see if they have value before you toss them. you never know.

Do you know if you have a set of some thing in one piece is damaged that there are people who re-store furniture who would still love it. It can be repaired and it’s a shame to throw away an perfect good piece of wooden furniture because it’s not perfect. There are people that will buy linens that have stains on them if they’re good linens because stains can be removed.. I know it’s a pain in the patootie for you but just in the view of people who love to reuse recycle and reduce watching throwaway thing hurts.
