I think this bread is relatively healthy. It is a dough with low oil and sugar. You can even omit sugar and oil. The dried fruits and cheese inside also have the taste of the ingredients themselves. It has a rich wheat aroma, sweet and sour taste. The combination of chewy dried fruits and fragrant and smooth cheese is really delicious. No wonder it is a star product.

recipe:
Dough:
Blanching: 20 grams of high-gluten flour, 20 grams of boiling water
Main dough: 220g high-gluten flour, 30g low-gluten flour, 30g eggs, 20g syrup or 15g sugar, 4g salt, 15g butter, 120g water, 40g blanched seeds, 2g dry yeast
80g dried fruit
Soak dried fruits in 20 grams of water or rum or red wine
About 120 grams of cream cheese

我住这地方要是真在胡同里那我可半夜睡觉都会笑醒的哈哈!这地方是通州西集镇,老穷了,真正正正的北京农村,不值钱。离河北和天津都很近,开车一个半小时就能到😅
