I cant wait for AB and Jett to show out in summer league. People calling two 19 year olds that were drafted as projects a bust, definitely font know how to evaluate talent, and only rely on what's directly in front of their eyes. Giannis was a skinny Greek kid that was drafted 16th on pure athletic talent. Guess who drafted him

Great show as usual. I don’t understand why the magic would shutdown AB, Jet or Da Silva after a couple games. These guys need to start playing for something and that’s winning. Loose the smile and buckle down. It maybe the last time they get a chance.

I think it is more about how they look. I wouldn't be surprised if they play three games. But that would mean they still have something to work on. You are only at Summer League if you need it. If you look like you don't need it, then you don't need to be there.

I would only say you don't draft players for their rookie years. They are both super young. Don't give up on players. But they have a lot to prove in Vegas and training camp.

@@LockedOnMagic In all fairness, you are correct that the general public often judges young players with a short-term perspective. However, while it's true that rookies shouldn't be solely evaluated on their first year, signs of potential and flashes of greatness "usually" hint at their future success. It's these glimpses that make us Magic fans excited about a player's trajectory... In my opinion 🤔

Jett Howard is a bust and the worst draft pick in team history next to Fran Vasquez and Mario. He's not getting on the floor a and the pick should of been Derrick Lively

it would be a big bust if he had high expectations or if the team depended on him, but neither are true. a wasted pick sure, but he was drafted as a project, not to rival banchero

AB Jett might be worst duo draft combination ever. Ive never seen a team pick two rookies in top 10 and absolutely get 0 from them. Worst time to with the paydays of Paolo comkng up. Im afraid team lowered its ceilin with those two picks
