The member with the least lines in Ateez songs is definitely Yeosang, followed by Wooyoung and then Yunho. As for Seonghwa, he gets a pretty decent amount of lines, similar to San, I would say. Jongho and the rap line get the most lines usually because obviously Jongho is the main vocalist and Hongjoong's and Mingi's rap lyrics are often longer than the vocalist's lines. As a Yunho biased, I can name a few songs in which I think Yunho has more lines, but it's still not a lot: Sector 1, Answer, Inception, Still Here, Eternal Sunshine, Turbulence, Rocky, Star 1117. The biggest problem is that Yunho's lines are often quite short so it's hard to showcase his vocals when he sings a lyric for 2-3 seconds and he gets unnoticed. Also, he often gets repetitive lines in one song which also does not help to showcase his versatility.

My jaw is STILL on the floor for how EPIC and BEAUTIFUL and POWERFUL this album is. For me, it's a MASTERPIECE and I just can't stop listening to it. Every song moves me in its own special way, and makes me "feel" in a way that's difficult to put into words. I'm unable to pick a favorite - I love them all. I'm obsessed that the album is so theatrical, and deep and profound and VERY storyline driven, but that may be partially because I'm completely obsessed with their lore and their universes. A lot of people say that this album gives them Muse vibes (if you're familiar with that band?) And I totally agree and LOVE that sound. The heaviness and "darkness" with most of this album is just where they are right now in the journey of their storyline and so it HAS to be epic with what's going on in universe Z. It's movie soundtrack epic. Outlaw is overall more urban/hip-hop sounding, in my opinion. It's the song with the most swag, for me. I don't know if perhaps that's not quite your taste or favorite style/genre? (Or maybe it is and like you said, you just were expecting more "punch" in certain parts of the song?) It may help if you see a live performance of the song. I think it might hit you in a different way. Also, their live performance of "This World" was mind-blowingly beautiful! yeah line distribution has always been a problem w ateez ,,, yeosang and wooyoung have always only had jus a few seconds on songs (which makes no sense to me bc their low and high unique voices are so beautiful) but lately theyve been getting more !! wooyoung still doesnt have that many but its an improvement !! and if you want to check out their covers to support them , yeosang recently did one for his birthday and wooyoung did one for his last year

Also to hear more vocals from Seonghwa, Yunho and Yeosang, yiu really gotta check out some of their b sides. Light is a very good song to listen to for Yunho's vocals and Take Me Home. Even tho Outlaw is one of my favs, I appreciate the honest reaction. We all have different tastes and that’s what make us unique.😊 For me, Outlaw is also tied with Wake Up for first and you loved that one so I’m happy.😆 For covers, I know others mentioned this so I won’t go into a lot..but for lines, Yeo and Woo get the least. Yunho actually gets good line distribution usually. On the flip side, Yunho doesn’t have a cover out where Woo does and Yeo now does. But hopefully that will change soon. You should at least check out Yeo’s cover from last month. It’s SO good! I’ll link it below. Some of the others did covers too and I highly recommend them. Especially San’s cover…it’s gorgeous! His and Yeo’s cover both affected me greatly. ateez dont do any solo music or units bc they take "8 makes 1 team" real serious lmao , they like working as a group best but there are plenty of ateez covers and a few (not many) solo covers from some members !!

i think my comment will be a little different than the others to be honest and fair i think the least lines in Ateez songs goes to wooyoung, followed by yeosang and yunho the same. for solos, specially hongjoong and jongho have so many, seonghwa too has some, for yeosang and wooyoung recently they released covers for their birthdays a lot of atinys were really waiting for these covers. for mingi he did show us one of his songs during a live but i don't agree with some who says the company prevents hongjoong or mingi from doing music because hongjoong produced a lot of ateez songs in their early eras and he is one of the main producers for the new group xikers btw hongjoong said recently that ateez has a very different style/ genre from the songs he made before for them that's why he doesn't produce for ateez for now i think from the song mingi did it is the same thing for him too maybe if they did solo projects u know

New sub for your honesty. I would love to see you react to Yeosangs cover that he just released on his birthday. I am also a Stay who had heard of Ateez because of Kingdom but had never listened to any of their music or watched any videos until Halazia dropped. I was deep into listening to everything on Replay but saw two of my favourite reactors release reactions to Halazia and decided to watch their reactions and got instantly hooked. Yeosang instantly snatched my soul and now I consider myself a completely equal Staytiny, I can not choose between the 2 groups anymore, I love them both.

honestly on my first listen i also didn't really vibe with outlaw. but when i saw their performance i completely changed my mind. i feel like this song is one that really needs a performance to go with it. as far as solo songs, yeosangs recently just released a cover for his birthday that went kinds viral (rightfully so, cuz its amazing) yunho has not really covered that much but he is a lot more present in other songs. i always think of "still here" when i think of yunho. seonghwa has ulso done a few covers through the years and i think he's very present in cyberpunk. hongjoong has released a lot of covers as well. lemon tree is my fav. the rapline has been working a lot on individual music but kq has not allowed them to release anything yet. mingi did show us one of his songs during a live which has since become one my favorite songs. its beautiful. i cant wait to see more of your ateez reactions. i don't know if you have listened to "the ring" on their movement ep1 album but i feel like you would really like that one. thank you again!!

Outlaw was my least favorite too. My ranking is similar to yours but a bit different 1. Wake Up/This World (I never could decide 😂) 2. Bouncy 3. Dune 4. Django 5. Outlaw

the line distribution in ateez is 😭 wooyoung mostly gets less lines yeosang also used to not get that much lines but now he gets a bit more yunho he also doesnt get that much and if he does it would be like almost the same line over and over san and seonghwa you can say they get more lines jongho ofc he is the main vocalist and hongjoong and mingi they are in the rap line so they would def get more lines seonghwa did many covers and yeosang recently did one for his bday and wooyoung and hongjoong also did some. mingi also did a live and made us hear one :)
