I love your positive attitude, even when your recipe doesn’t turn out how you expected or wanted it to. I can learn to not take things so seriously from you Lee, because I get so upset when my recipe fails. Thank you for the recipe. I hope the family enjoyed the treat.

小莉，你已经好叻女喇，其实今次皮料、饀料、份量都不錯，主要是月餅的模太矮身，太薄而面積又闊大的月餅焗好之後便容易会塌餅。下次試用一些高身的模及饀料不要太濕。今次我看都已不錯，應該幾好味😋，下次再加油！

冬瓜蓉加入草莓，芒果，香橙，菠萝等水果，就是各种的水果月饼。不过我认为冬瓜蓉挤干水份后晒干再炒可能口感更好。新鲜的太软了。但还没试过。

Can give Yike baby biscuits in place of mooncake. Maltose in mooncake is very sweet not suitable for baby can cause phlegm. He is so cute just want to taste the food that he watches mummy and sister eating.

台灣的鳳梨酥，裡面有加冬瓜泥，你也可以買個菠蘿加入冬瓜一起做成餡料，可增香，而菠蘿的天然酵素也很健康。

你做冬瓜馅抄干点就好，饼模放面粉在里面不是放油打饼，做好月饼打饼时外面皮也放点面粉，打饼不会沾那个饼模，
