@@Kinnerett ich verstehe diese Frage nicht ganz. Möchten Sie wissen wie man diese Platte, also den Teig, macht? Den Blätterteig gibt es bei uns gekühlt im Supermarkt. Das ist sehr bequem. Alles andere wird so wie im Video gemacht. Wenn sie ein Rezept für den Teig möchten, bitte nochmal melden.

This cake reminds me of a snack cake we have here in Canada, called a "Flakie". The ingredients are very similar. One of my childhood favs.

This has me thinkinking... strawberry shortcake. The question was how to making the rising dough. Got it the cooked berries are simple like Berry pie filling this should be easy. Although I would use cream cheese with the whipped cream. Because whippedcream alone can be unstable. I think this will work. The springform pan is igenious!

WRITTEN RECIPE: I wrote out the recipe for my cookbook. Here it is written out for anyone that wants to copy and paste it for later: [For the crust] 2 sheets Puff pastry Water Sugar [For the berries] 8 oz Berries (fresh or frozen). 1/4 cup Sugar 2 tablespoons Cornstarch 1 teaspoon Lemon juice (1/2 lemon) [For the cream] 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 1 cup Greek yogurt 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar [For the crust] Cut a circle out of each puff pastry sheet, the size of your springform pan, making sure to save the scraps. Prick one of the circles all over with a fork. Brush with water and sprinkle with sugar. Cut the other circle into 12 triangle pieces. Bake all of the dough, including the scraps in the oven preheated to 390°F for 15-20 minutes. [For the berries] Cook the berries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a pot until the berries break down and the juice is thickened. Let cool. [For the cream] Beat the heavy cream with a hand mixer until it starts to thicken. Add the Powdered sugar and beat until soft peaks form. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until well incorporated and smooth. Place the whole puff pastry circle in the bottom of your springform pan. spread half of your cream mixture on top of the pastry circle, making sure to get all the way to the edges of the pan. Dollop half of your berry mixture on top of the cream layer. Repeat another layer with the remaining cream mixture, followed by another layer with the rest of the berry mixture. Gently spread the last berry layer evenly over the top, making sure not to mix it with the cream layer below. Top with the pastry triangles and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. remove from fridge and take the assembled cake out of the springform pan. Crumble the baked puff pastry scraps and gently press onto the sides of the cake. Dust the top with Powdered sugar and serve.

Put the pastry triangles on AFTER you bring it out of the frig. They will stay crispier when you serve it. Putting the pastry triangles into the frig will make them soft as they soak up moisture in the cream and the berries.

Советую тем, кто будет делать торт, выпечь бисквитные коржи, минимум два, а то и три, т.к. количество крема большое. Получилось так, что ты ешь первые три ложечки, безумно вкусно и легко, а потом уже приторно, потому что один крем 🤷♀️ рецепт интересный, но нужна доработка, спасибо))

@@amberj6760 Yes ,I did it! It’s really really good, my kids loved it as well.The taste of the fruits with the cream goes very well together. I’ve added just half of the yogurt .. the other half I’ve replaced with philadelphia cheesecream so the texture is firmer.

Achei a receita maravilhosa.Ainda não fiz por causa de uma pequena dúvida: quais frutas frescas congeladas fazem parte e o açúcar seria o de confeiteiro?

Frutas vermelhas. As que você tiver e for melhor para usar, pode ser: morango, amora, mirtilos, framboesa, etc. Sobre açúcar, pra geleia de frutas pode ser o comum, já para decoração ela usou o de confeiteiro (pelo que parece). Espero ter ajudado, uma boa tarde.

а , я , бы , сверху разложила эклерчики с кремом , потому , что , треугольнички , они , во- первых не сладкие , во - вторых , сухие , а вообщем , тортик понравился , буду делать , только со своими дополнениями , спасибо за рецепт
